Bookings are confirmed at the time of booking. At Curl Specialist Gosforth -newcastle, we require a card on file at the time of booking, and a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment value may be charged for a late cancellation or no-show. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment; cancellations made after this window are subject to the applicable deposit or fee policy. A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion.
