Process and start time are subject to change. We request a one hour time frame for all start times. Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. After 3 late cancelations (within 23 hours of your scheduled appointment), we will require a $50 deposit to schedule your next appointment. Payment Due: Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements are made prior. Accepted Payments: Cash, Zelle, and all major credit/debit cards. Late Payments: A $25 late fee is applied after 12 hours of non-payment. Scope of Work: We follow a detailed checklist based on your selected services. Custom add-ons are available for an additional charge. Before & After: Please secure all valuables and clear clutter from surfaces and floors before your appointment. Accidents Happen: While we are extremely careful, accidents can occur. Please report any issues within 24 hours of service. High-Value Items: We are not responsible for damage to fragile or antique items that are not disclosed prior to service. Pet Policy: We love animals, but please secure pets during our visit for everyone’s safety and efficiency.
