Group bookings under a single name are not recommended. Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee. Carterton Nails reserves the right to refuse service to any client for any reason. All services are performed at the client's own risk.

The attention to detail is amazing, the nails last really well, and the whole experience is always relaxing and enjoyable. I get so many compliments on my nails and always leave feeling obsessed with them. I couldn't recommend them enough!

Amazing service! My nails turned out better than expected. Never been here before so was abit nervous at first but so warm and welcoming! I’ve been coming here regularly for about a year now, usually every 4 weeks for a spa pedicure and a fresh colour. The salon is always clean and relaxing, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. There can be a slight language barrier at times, but they always make the effort to understand what I’m after. I always leave happy with my nails and would definitely recommend!

Wonderful as ever. Due to a water pipe burst I had to bring my little ones and the staff are amazing with kids and do not judge or made you feel bad if you kid is pushing a car on the floor, instead they engage and show their window display race cars to the little ones. Thank you guys for trying to help me relax and do a fab job
