Bookings are subject to approval and are not confirmed until accepted by CG.Beauty. We require a card on file at the time of booking, and a cancellation fee of 50% of the selected service may be charged for a late cancellation or no-show. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before the appointment; cancellations made after this window are subject to the applicable cancellation fee policy.
