Any cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated directly to Brows By Oceane staff. Failure to comply with this policy may result in a cancellation fee. Brows By Oceane reserves the right to refuse service to any client who violates this policy. By booking an appointment with Brows By Oceane, clients agree to adhere to these terms and conditions.
