The consultation is the first step toward building a personalized fitness plan that works for you. During this session, Brandon will take the time to understand your goals, current fitness level, training history, and any challenges that may be holding you back.
You’ll discuss topics such as strength goals, weight loss, muscle building, overall health, and lifestyle habits. Brandon will also assess your movement, answer any questions about training, and outline a clear path forward based on your individual needs.
