-Payments-

Deposit of 50% of service is non refundable. 

If you give at least 24 hours notice to reschedule your appointment your deposit can be transferred to an alternative appointment.

Any No shows/no contact prior to the appointment we require 100% of the groom to be paid before booking another appointment with us.

Please bring cash for the remaining balance or we can send you link to make full payment online.

-Late Policy-

If you are more than 10 minutes late to drop your doggy off at their scheduled appointment we may need to reschedule to another day/time. 

If you do not pick your doggy up within 20 mins of us advising you when your doggy is ready to be collected we will charge a late fee of £5 every 30 minutes.

If your dog is very nervous/anxious/not good with other dogs please message us directly to arrange an appointment.

As always we were greeted by the lovely and friendly staff, Maizie came out looking and smelling lovely. Never have any complaints about Boss & Pablos, it is a place ypu know your dog will be well cared for and loved as though it is their own dog.

My dog Seamus always has an amazing groom at Boss and Pablos. He’s happy to go in and looks fab when he comes out. Staff always friendly and helpful. Totally recommend

Great 'haircut' for Heidi. She looks amazing - its exactly what I asked for and she'll be so much cooler in the heat. Heidi is an anxious wee cockapoo but she is always calm when she leaves you so whatever you're doing, Heidi doesn't seem to mind!

The girls are so good and patient with poppy my Lhasa apso. 

Staff are amazing with my dog, he’s never stressed when I pick him up ? They go over and above 

Fab  experience with my labradoodle puppy, think she would have  stayed if I let her. She was totally chilled & looked beautiful. Thank you and see you soon 

Had Buddy in for a full groom today. I tried to explain best I could what I wanted him to look like and he came out perfect, the staff had understood me completely. Buddy wants to go back in when he’s finished! So I have 100% confidence in them. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

The absolute best groomer in Glasgow. Humphrey has been going every 4-5 weeks since he was a pup and always comes out so fresh with a beautiful cut. Jay & Skye are absolutely amazing and I trust them 100% with Humph.

I’ve been bringing my dog Elvis to Boss and Pablos for a while now and it’s always a great experience. Elvis is excited to get through the door when we arrive which hasn’t happened another places before! I know he can be wriggly but the girls are very patient and they always do such a good job. Thanks for making Elvis handsome every time he visits! 🙂

This is the first time we've used Boss and Pablo's and the first time we believe our rescue (rather anxious)
English Springer Loki has been groomed, so quite nervous about how it would go. The girls were amazing and they said he was very well behaved. They did an excellent job on him, he looked like a completely different dog we were very happy and will definitely go back again. Would also recommend them to anyone who has a similar dog to ours. Thanks girls great job 👏

This was Inkys first real cut . She came out in her lil bandana fresh as a daisy and loving her new look! The hot weather takes its toll on long haired breeds but thanks to the lassies she’s perfect! Couldn’t have asked for a better job . Nothing got missed - and Inky seems to love it , she goes away with the lassies no probs ( lol traitor!!)

As always really pleased with tootsie's groom, my small Yorkie is quite nervous and she always goes in with her tail wagging and comes out the same. The girls are lovely , could not recommend this groomers highly enough .

Have been taking my nervous rescue dog dougal to boss & pablo for a few years now and wouldn't go anywhere else! Always a super consistent cut/groom to high standards and they know how to manage dougal who can be quite an anxious wee thing. Would highly recommend / do recommend to any other local dog owners.

 "THE BEST EVER " The girls have all the love & affection for your animal from walking in the door until they leave again,my dog has very severe anxiety & behaviour issues but he just loves going to them for his grooming & has done now for over 2 years with his tail wagging from when we leave until we return to get him.

Have been taking my dog Molly to Boss & Pablos now for almost 3 years. The girls are so friendly, professional and excellent groomers. They take time to ensure that all your requests are heard to ensure all grooming needs are met.
Molly always looks fabulous when she is returned to me. Highly recommend and although I need to travel a distance for the appointment would never dream of using any other grooming service. 

The team are extremely patient with our   small but very loud Denny! & he always comes away looking and smelling fab. Complete angels for allowing us to come back again and again 😂

The girls at Boss and Pablos have been grooming my pup most of his life, they always make him look so smart and tidy! I’ve been to other groomers who struggled with his hair type, but every time here they make him look good. 
More importantly they also take such good care of him. He can be a bit nervous at times but the way the staff interact with him, you can just tell how much they care. I can’t recommend them enough! 

I have been coming here for several years with my Pomeranian Yorkie  mix Gizmo  and find everyone friendly and professional.  All the staff are so gentle and loving with Gizmo giving him a wonderful welcome when he arrives.  I trust them with my precious furbaby. Totally recommend this grooming salon. He came out today with his Christmas bowtie. Looked so handsome.

Been using Boss & Pablo since they first opened and wouldn't go anywhere else. Brodie goes in more relaxed and at ease than any previous groomers I've tried. His cut is always perfect and skin is never irritated which has also happened elsewhere. Staff are so lovely. Couldn't recommend enough x
