Clients may cancel their appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled time; however, all deposits are strictly non-refundable. Rescheduling requests made with at least 24 hours’ notice may be accommodated with a $50 rescheduling fee to secure a new appointment date. Failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit and the scheduled booking. I reserve the right to refuse service at any point due to inappropriate or disrespectful behavior. In such cases, no refunds will be issued and all contact will be terminated immediately.
