By booking with Bloom + Blend.co | Erika Hawks, you agree to these Policies & Terms. Appointments are confirmed at the time of booking. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 72 hours before the appointment. A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion. Payment is due at the time of service with no acceptions. Acceptable payment method is cash and approved scan to pay options. Booking and travel fees are non-refundable. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment; it is the client’s obligation to notify the MUA (Erika Hawks) of any allergies and medical skin conditions prior to booking, and clients agree to arrive on time with a fresh, clean face. Clients should arrive alone unless prior arrangements have been made with the business. No refunds are issued once a service has been completed. We look forward to making you look and feel beautiful!
