Belle’s Paws Up – Booking Terms & Conditions By booking an appointment with Belle’s Paws Up, you agree to the following: Appointments All services are provided on a 1-to-1 basis, giving your dog individual care and attention. Payments No payment is required upfront. Payment is due in full at the end of the appointment. Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee. No-Shows Failure to attend an appointment without notice may result in a charge of up to 100% of the grooming fee and may affect future bookings. Late Arrivals Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or cancellation if it impacts other bookings. Dog Health & Behaviour Owners must inform us of any medical, behavioural, or anxiety-related issues before the appointment. Grooms may be stopped if a dog becomes overly stressed or aggressive, and the service may still be chargeable. Matted Coats & Fleas Severely matted coats or flea infestations may require additional charges or result in the groom being stopped for welfare reasons. Welfare & Safety Your dog’s welfare always comes first. We reserve the right to refuse or stop a groom if it is in the dog’s best interest.
