▫️ After booking, you will receive a text with instructions on where to send your deposit and a Waiver Form that must be filled out and signed before your appointment is confirmed. ▫️ Once your deposit and Waiver are received, you will get a confirmation text. ▫️ Appointment address will be sent via TXT 24 hours before your appointment along with a reminder & final total. ▫️ There is a 10-minute grace period. After that, your appointment will be canceled. ▫️ You have 24 hours to reschedule or cancel at no extra charge. ▫️ If you reschedule or cancel last minute and want to book again, you must send a new deposit $15 plus a $30 last-minute cancellation fee. ▫️ $15 deposit required — you have 24 hours to send it. ▫️ No deposit = No appointment. ▫️ Deposits are non-refundable and go toward your service total. ▫️ No-shows will be blocked from booking in the future. ▫️ You may reschedule with the same deposit once only, as long as it’s within the 24-hour cancellation window. ▫️ No kids, no extra guests ▫️ Please book with enough time. I do not rush appointments. ▫️ Anything after 3 weeks is considered a full set.
