**Policy and Terms for BRAID PALACE** Located at 109 Minus Ave, Suite C6, Garden City, GA 31408, in the Foodlion Shopping Plaza, near DTLR and next to Suave House Barber Shop, Mclloyd Suites (Inside Suite 4). Sundays are VIP Days, incurring an additional $25 fee. Appointments after 6 PM on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday will incur an extra $40 charge. A 15-minute grace period is allowed; a late arrival of 30 minutes will incur a $25 charge to the card on file. For no-call, no-show situations, 50% of the service fee will be charged, and future bookings will be blocked. Appointments longer than 4 hours include a 30-minute break at 12:15 PM. Deposits secure one reschedule or adjustment. Waiting list appointments require a deposit within 24 hours. Appointment style changes must occur within 48 hours of booking; no changes are allowed on the day prior or day of. Only cash is accepted for the remaining balance. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to these terms.
