Thank you for choosing Da Biggest Jay Slay ❤️ Please read all policies carefully before booking your appointment. ✨ Lace Drop-Off Policy All lace (closures, frontals, and wigs) must be dropped off 2–3 days prior to your appointment. New lace only, please. Be sure to label your hair with your name. Color services and reinstall units do not need to be dropped off in advance. However, reinstall wigs must arrive clean and free of oils or product buildup. A $25 cleaning fee will apply if the wig needs to be cleaned before service. A $25 fee will also be added if lace is not dropped off before your appointment. 💘 Deposits A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Deposits go toward your final service total. No deposit = no appointment. 🚫 Guests Please do not bring extra guests to your appointment. 🧴 Hair Preparation Please arrive with your hair freshly washed and fully blown out. Keeping your current braid-down is perfectly fine. Clients who arrive already braided will receive a $10 discount. ⏰ Late Policy I am very understanding and willing to work with everyone regarding scheduling, but please respect my time as well. Communication is extremely important. Appointments will be canceled after 15 minutes unless discussed beforehand. You may reschedule using a new deposit. If I still choose to accommodate your appointment after lateness, the original service price will apply with no exceptions. 🎨 Additional Services I also make wigs and provide hair coloring services (watercolor on 613 hair only). Please contact me after booking if you would like color added to your service. 💎 Additional Fees & Services Squeeze-ins (including late-night and early morning appointments): +$50 Holiday appointments: +$100 Crimps: +$20 Wand curls: +$30 Heavy layers: +$25 Bobs: +$25 Pin curls are included at no extra charge — please bring your own pins. ✔️ I do reinstalls. ✔️ I work over other stylists’ work. ✔️ I install over locs. ✔️ Wig cleaning services are available for an additional fee. 💡 Important Wig & Lace Information Please pay close attention to the wigs you purchase, as the lace quality determines the overall outcome of your install. If you are looking for a full frontal look and purchasing from Amazon or AliExpress, 360 wigs are preferred to ensure enough lace space. I install these as regular wigs. HD lace is generally recommended over transparent lace for the most natural appearance, although some transparent lace can still melt very well depending on quality. Vendor wigs with full lace are preferred for the best results. Please be aware that large knots, blended wigs, and thick lace may affect the final look of your install. Thick lace especially may not blend as naturally on darker skin tones. While I am experienced and willing to work with all types of wigs, it is important to understand that lace quality impacts the final outcome. Location 📍Near Perry Rd and Ball Rd.
