By booking an appointment with **BHold Beauty**, you agree to the following terms. These policies apply to **all** services listed on our booking site, including our **Summer Specials packages**, individual **Sugar Wax Services** (such as brow sculpting, lips, underarms, full body/bikini/brazilian wax, etc.), **Natural Hair Services** (steam and silk treatments, silk press, shampoo & blow‑out, two‑strand twists, etc.), **Braiding Services** (small/medium/large knotless braids, box braids, feed‑ins and design braids), **Wig & Extension Services** (wig cleansing, construction, closures, frontals and quick‑weave installs), and all **Add‑On Services** (travel, trims, steam treatments, scalp detox, hot‑oil treatments, extra length or size, boho add‑ons, and other enhancements). 1. **Deposits.** A deposit is required to secure your appointment for any service. Deposits are **non‑refundable** in the case of cancellation or no‑show. If you reschedule at least **48 hours** prior to your original appointment time, your deposit will be transferred to the new booking. Deposits are applied toward the cost of the service you receive. 2. **Timeliness and No‑Shows.** Please arrive on time to avoid a shortened service or rescheduling. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule and will forfeit their deposit. 3. **Rescheduling.** You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours in advance without penalty. Rescheduling less than 48 hours before your appointment may result in forfeiting your deposit. 4. **Children and Guests.** For the safety and relaxation of all clients, **no children or additional guests** are allowed in the salon unless they are being serviced. 5. **Hair‑service preparations.** Shampoo and blow‑out are included with most hair services. Please do not detangle or shampoo prior to your appointment unless directed; your stylist will prepare your hair as part of the service. If hair is excessively matted or tangled, additional detangling fees may apply. 6. **Waxing‑service preparations.** For waxing or sugar‑wax services, hair should be at least ¼ inch long (10–14 days’ growth), and you should avoid tanning, exfoliating or using retinoid/acid products on the treatment area for at least 48 hours prior. Please review and sign our intake and consent forms before your appointment. 7. **Add‑ons and Packages.** Prices for add‑on services (travel fees, trims, steam treatments, scalp detox, hot‑oil treatments, extra length/size, etc.) will be discussed during your consultation. Seasonal packages and specials (e.g., Protect & Slay, Feed‑In Flex, Brazilian Wax & Vajacial) include specific services; any additional services requested will be charged separately. 8. **Health and Safety.** If you are feeling unwell, have been exposed to a communicable disease, or are waiting for test results, please contact us to reschedule. Clients receiving chemical services or waxing must notify us of any allergies, medications or medical conditions. Signed intake and consent forms are required for waxing and certain specialty services. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to abide by these policies.
