All clients must agree to the following terms and conditions prior to booking. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost. Clients who have previously failed to attend an appointment without notice will be required to pay in full upfront for any future bookings. • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Any cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment cost and any cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a charge of 100% of the treatment cost. • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I may be unable to carry out the treatment, or the appointment may need to be shortened, meaning the full treatment may not be possible. If there is insufficient time to complete the appointment, it will be treated as a no-show appointment, and a 100% fee will apply. • Clients who have not attended an appointment for 8 weeks or more will no longer be classed as regular clients, and their regular appointment space may be offered to new clients. • Payment for treatments MUST be made in full on the day of the appointment.
