Let’s help you style, shape and beautify your nails 💅 BOOKING POLICY 💅🏽✨ A ₦10,000 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit goes toward your service total. Please make payment within 10 minutes of booking to keep your slot. • If you need to cancel or reschedule, kindly do so at least 12 hours before your appointment time. • Cancellations made less than 6 hours to your appointment or no-show = deposit forfeited. • If late cancellations happen repeatedly, a 50% deposit of your total service amount will be required for future bookings. • Arriving more than 10 minutes late means the appointment will be automatically canceled and the deposit will not be refunded. • Lateness fee: ₦5,000 will be charged for every 30 minutes late. • After 1 hour of lateness, the appointment will be canceled completely and the deposit will not be refunded. • No kids or pets, please, to ensure a calm and professional workspace🙏🫶 • If you need removal, please come 1 hour early or book removal as part of your service. • Toenail services must be booked separately. • Please come with bare nails.
