(* Deposits are non refundable and are taken off the remaining price of your appointment on the day*) Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours before original appointment time. If you choose to cancel your appointment your deposit is non refundable. However if failed to inform me that you cannot attend or need to reschedule after the 48 hours a cancellation fee will be charged before your next booking and the deposit will not be moved over for the rescheduled appointment. Please respect this policy is in place so I can run a business professional and provide everyone with the best service. Too many people don’t show up to appointments without letting me know or cancel last minute which I can not refill the slot, which leaves a huge impact on my business without that income that day to pay my rent, restock products for your appointments and my time allocated for that appointment too.
