Amma Therapy Studio is a holistic wellness space in Miami that I created to support the connection between the body, emotions, and nervous system regulation, rooted in Ayurvedic principles and holistic bodywork. Amma Therapy was born from my own healing journey and a deep study of the body as both an emotional and biological system. Through this space, I offer Ayurvedic-inspired, intentional therapeutic experiences designed to help the body slow down, release stored tension, and return to balance. At Amma Therapy, massage is not a luxury — it is a therapeutic tool. I believe the body is a record of our life experiences and emotions. What is not expressed or processed is often stored in the tissues and the nervous system. Holistic massage becomes a way to listen to that story, release what the body has been holding, and support balance on a physical, emotional, and energetic level. With Love, AMMA.

Appointments and Cancellations A $50 deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied toward your service. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations. Late cancellations or missed appointments will result in the loss of the deposit. A new deposit will be required for future bookings. Thank you for honoring our time and yours.

Not sure where to start? Many people come to Amma Therapy because they know something doesn't feel right, but they're not sure which service to book. This first session was created for them. During your visit: • 60-minute Therapeutic First Session A space to slow down, be heard, and explore your health history, current symptoms, emotional well-being, and the experiences that may be influencing how your body feels today. • 60-minute Holistic Massage An Ayurvedic-inspired massage using warm herbal oils and therapeutic techniques to help regulate the nervous system, release accumulated tension, and invite the body into a state of rest, balance, and reconnection. This first encounter isn't about having all the answers. It's about creating the space to better understand what you're experiencing, listen to your body, and discover the most meaningful way to support your healing journey moving forward.

Unlike the Holistic Massage, the focus isn't on releasing deep muscle tension—it's on helping your mind and nervous system deeply rest. During your visit: Abhyanga – A gentle warm herbal oil massage to calm the nervous system and nourish the body. Shirodhara – A continuous stream of warm oil over the forehead to quiet the mind and invite deep relaxation. Touch with intention — Warm Ayurvedic oils, Marma therapy, and therapeutic touch guided by presence rather than routine. Listening through the body — A full-body massage that may include deeper pressure, stretching, cupping, hot stones, tuning forks, or Tibetan singing bowls—always chosen to honor what your body is asking for in that moment.
