Services are held in my private home studio — no children or extra guests allowed. Appointment acceptance • Not automatically confirmed. Once your appointment is accepted, the retainer will be charged, and your appointment will be officially scheduled. Add-Ons & Service Changes • Add-ons cannot be removed the day of your appointment. • Any service changes must be requested at least 48 hours prior to confirming your appointment. • If changes are not requested within that timeframe, you will still be charged for the originally booked services. Please be sure of your selections before booking. Consent Forms • All consent forms Must be completed as soon as you book. • Forms must be submitted no later than 72 hours before your appointment. • Failure to complete your form on time will result in cancellation and loss of your retainer. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No Shows, • All appointments require a valid card on file. • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled appointment may reschedule once without penalty. • Any additional rescheduling attempts after the first will result in forfeiture of the retainer, loss of the appointment, and a cancellation fee, unless otherwise discussed. • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the service total. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the services booked. • Same-day cancellations will be treated as a no-show, no exceptions. Provider Cancellations • In the rare event I need to cancel, you will be notified promptly and rebooked as soon as possible. Refunds • All retainers are non-refundable. • No refunds or service exchanges. By booking with Alluring Glamour, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all booking, cancellation, rescheduling, and no-show policies.
