We prioritize you and most importantly your pet. Each appointment guarantees one on one time with our groomer and your pet. We like to get them comfortable in our space and spend quality time on their appointment. Pets are not rushed or forced into any service that they cannot comfortably bear. If a pet is struggling with any part of a groom, we will work around them and suggest more visits to gain their trust overtime. We notice a drastic change in pets behavior within 3 repeat appointments with us. Anxious pets become noticeably calmer and more comfortable with every visit!
