No infants or children under the age of 10 .Clients are NOT permitted to peel or remove dried henna in my home. Peeling in my home will result in getting blacklisted! .Rescheduling / cancelling is allowed up to 24 hours before the appointment start time, this can be done via email. .Deposits are non refundable however any cancellations made you can rebook up to 12 months. .A £10 late fee will be charged if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, and appointments will be canceled if you are over 15 minutes late! .No shows will result in getting blacklisted from booking again unless you have a valid/understandable reason. .Confirmation is mandatory, you must reply to your confirmation message to secure your slot.
