Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service value.

Cancellations less than 6 hours notice will be charged 100% of the service value.

 (There’s an option to reschedule appointments online if you can’t make the original booking) 

All no shows will be charged 100% of the service value. 

These charges will be added on to the next booked appointment or will need to be settled before the next appointment. Failure to settle will prevent any future bookings. 

Please be here on time as it knocks subsequent bookings back all day. 

Shop policy allows to refuse to fulfil the service if 10mins late or more. In this instance, the above policy applies.

Had an appointment with Levi. Gents cut with a beard trim. Fantastic job. Hair spot on. Plus I'm always afraid to get anyone to touch my beard ( you never know how it's going to turn out) what a cracking job. I'll definitely be coming back.

First time here, really impressed .

I’ve not long moved to the area and had tried elsewhere… three bad cuts later and I was lucky enough to find The Cage.

I was struggling to describe how I wanted my hair cut, and yet Rhodri was able to do exactly what I’d envisaged. 

Very happy, will be back! 

Really pleased with the results.  First time here and felt comfortable, easy to talk too, clean/ well organised barber. Cut my hair  with care instead of rushing through it. Will return again.

First time using rhodri at cage barbershop, his attention to detail was spot on ! There was never a quiet moment, there's nothing worse than a barber not interacting with there clients but this was never the case. His customer service skills were great, you can see he takes a lot of pride in his shop it's spotless, great music and a all round great atmosphere to be in. I will definitely be back !! 

Awesome haircut I have hair that has a mind of its own and struggle to find a barber that can cut it as am wanting it. Couldn’t be happier with it definitely be rebooking when am next after a cut

Cai always comes out with a lovely cut. Rhodri is great with Cai, puts him at ease. He loves a lad chat (sorry about his swearing - I’m hoping it’s a phase!). The only problem sometimes is getting in via the gym as the gym staff can be with their customers - not a big issue though!

We have been coming here since it opened.  My little boy loves having his hair cut here. Rhodri is kind, gentle and patient. Easy booking system snd location. Highly recommended
