Bookings will be confirmed at the time of booking but are subject to receiving your deposit within 24 hours. We require a £10.00 non refundable but transferable deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment, deductible from your treatment balance. If you reschedule your appointment using the link provided your deposit will be automatically transferred to your rescheduled booking; if you cannot do this for any reason please contact the clinic and we can reschedule the appointment for you. If we do not receive your deposit within 24 hours you will be reminded that it is due immediately. We have the right to cancel your appointment if no deposit is received. This allows us to offer the appointment to another client. Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the appointment; cancellations made after this window are subject to the applicable deposit or fee policy. A reasonable grace period may be offered where possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the business’s discretion and at cost to the client. Payment is due at the time of service and accepted payment methods are cash, cheque, bank card or bank transfer. Clients must provide and disclose relevant allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to their appointment. No refunds are issued once a service has been completed. The business’s liability is limited to the value of the service provided to the extent permitted by applicable law, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Personal and booking information is collected solely to provide the service and is not shared with third parties except as required to process payments or by law. We are registered with The Information Commissioners Office and adhere to their rules and regulations regarding storage of clients data. I look forward to seeing you.
