By booking with The Brow Lounge, you agree to these Policies & Terms. PATCH TEST must be carried out prior to scheduled appointment by ALL new clients. CASH ONLY, please bring cash to your appointment. The Brow Lounge may cancel or reschedule a confirmed appointment if needed and will notify you as soon as reasonably possible. Please arrive on time; arriving late may shorten your service or require rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do 24 hours before your scheduled appointment ; late cancellations and no-shows incur a fee of 50% of total appointment price.
