PLEASE READ POLICY GUIDELINES BEFORE BOOKING. We strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. All of our appointment confirmations are sent via text or email. Please honor your appointment, if you must cancel or reschedule please do so at least 48 Hours * before your appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee and/or forfeiting your deposit. DEPOSITS POLICY. All deposits require a 50% deposit within 48 hours to confirm bookings. Failure to make deposits WILL result in CANCELLATION and spots will be REOPENED. This deposit is non-refundable & non-transferable unless you cancel 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. CANCELLATION POLICY If 48 hours’ notice isn’t given, A $40 cancellation fee will be charged for appointments cancelled less than 48 hours before the appointment start time. - Should you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, you will NOT be refunded. - If you need to reschedule before 48 hours of your appointment, you will be able to apply your deposit to your newly scheduled appointment. - If you cancel less than 48 hours , no call/ no show or more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you FORFEIT your deposit and will need to make to new deposit to reschedule. LATE POLICY -Guests arriving late OVER 10 minutes may be asked to reschedule, as accommodating late clients may inconvenience the lash tech next appointment. While we try out best to accommodate you, understand that your appointment may be rescheduled at our discretion. In this event, the cancellation policy will come into effect. APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION & REMINDERS. If we have your email address & number on file, we will do our best to give you an appointment confirmation, as well as an appointment reminder 24 hours in advance. We are not responsible if the email address or number is entered incorrectly or should you forget your appointment or mix up the time.
