Policy and Terms

By booking with Flora Beauty, you agree to these Policies & Terms. To secure your appointment, a non-refundable booking fee of 50% of the treatment price is required at the time of booking. This booking fee will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your appointment. Cancellations & Rescheduling - A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. - If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, your 50% booking fee will be retained and is non-transferable. - Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice (no-show) will be required to pay the remaining balance of the treatment cost before any future appointments can be booked. Please understand that late cancellations and missed appointments have a significant impact on a small business and often leave insufficient time to fill the appointment slot.

Lash Consulation and/or Patch test

A patch test is mandatory for all lash and brow appointments (excludes brow wax). Book a patch test for at least 48hrs before your appointment. A consultation and patch test appointment is a short, essential appointment to ensure your chosen treatment is suitable and safe for you. We will discuss your desired look, assess your natural lashes, and answer any questions before your treatment. A patch test will also be carried out using the products that will be used during your service to check for any allergic reactions. This must be completed at least 48 hours before your first appointment.
