By booking an appointment with A Queen's Secret Beauty Bar, you agree that deposits are non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show. However, if you reschedule using the provided link, your deposit will be transferred to the new booking. Clients are allowed a 15-minute grace period for appointments. Any delays exceeding 15 minutes will require rescheduling. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
