Scheduling & Confirmation All meetings must be scheduled in advance through our booking system. Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive a confirmation with the meeting details. Please ensure your contact information is accurate when booking. Appointment Preparation To make the most of your scheduled time, please provide any relevant information, goals, questions, or project details before your meeting whenever possible. This allows us to better understand your needs and provide meaningful recommendations. Rescheduling & Cancellations If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. We understand that unexpected situations happen, but advance notice allows us to offer that time to another client. Late Arrivals Please join your scheduled Zoom meeting or be available for your phone call at the appointment time. Meetings may be shortened if you arrive more than 15 minutes late to ensure we remain on schedule with other clients. No-Show Policy Clients who miss a scheduled appointment without notice may be required to schedule a new consultation time. Repeated no-shows may result in future appointments requiring additional approval.
