Clients may reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance may incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost. No-shows and cancellations will be charged the full service amount. All services are non-refundable once rendered. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
