Policy and Terms

Essence Lace Policy and Terms By booking an appointment with Essence Lace, you agree to the following terms. Deposits are Non- Refundable Cancellations require 24 hours' notice; failure to notify us will result in a $20 cancellation fee. Wigs must be dropped off with the client's full name attached at least 3 days prior to the appointment for customization. Late submissions will lead to appointment cancellation. Note that we do not install T-part or synthetic wigs; please message me if your uncertain. A late fee of $20 applies if you arrive more than 15 minutes late. Arrivals over 25 minutes late will result in appointment cancellation to respect other clients. For services including hair braiding or styling with Natural Hair arrive with your hair clean and Blowdried. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

With proper care, the hold can last even longer. For new wigs, we offer customization services including knot bleaching and plucking to achieve a more natural look. The service also includes standard styling, such as curls or straight hair, and a soothing scalp oil treatment to keep your scalp nourished and healthy. Enjoy a flawless, secure, and comfortable fit with your perfectly customized wig.

Our wig reinstall service includes multiple layers of strong wig glue for a secure hold that lasts up to two weeks with proper care. Customizations like knot bleaching and plucking are available for an additional fee. Standard styling, including curls or straight hair, is also included for a fresh, polished look.

Please arrive with your hair washed, blow-dried, and product-free—otherwise, your appointment will be cancelled. Your natural hair must be shoulder length or longer to achieve this style. If it’s extra long or thick, or if you're unsure about the length, please message me before booking. Bring a minimum of 2 bundles. Your hair will be straightened during the service—do not book if you’re not comfortable with heat styling. Style lasts 1–2 weeks with proper care: Avoid water Sleep with a silk or satin scarf

To get the price or confirmation that this colour can be done send me a message with the - original colour of the wig, length and density - photos of the inspiration your after I need the wig to be dropped off minimum of 10Days before either picking it up or installing it
