BOOKING POLICY A £20 non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure all appointments and will be deducted from the cost of your treatment. Deposits may be transferred to another appointment when at least 48 hours’ notice is given. Deposits may only be transferred a maximum of two times. Any further changes will require a new £20 deposit. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the treatment cost. Any deposit already paid will be deducted from the balance due. Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice (no-show) will be charged the full treatment cost. Clients with a history of repeated cancellations, rescheduling or non-attendance may be required to pay in full at the time of booking. If you arrive late, your treatment may need to be shortened to avoid delaying subsequent appointments. The full treatment fee will still apply. Genuine emergencies will always be considered at my discretion. By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and authorise Zenful Skin & Soul to charge your saved payment method for any applicable cancellation fees in accordance with this policy. ⸻ ✨ GIFT CARD & VOUCHER POLICY ✨ Gift cards and vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and must be redeemed within this period. This 6-month validity applies to all gift cards and vouchers, including those purchased online, whether or not an expiry date is displayed on the booking platform or gift card email. Gift cards may be gifted or transferred to a friend or family member before they have been redeemed. Gift cards must be redeemed and applied at the time of booking. It is the responsibility of both the purchaser and recipient to retain the gift card code, create any required booking account, and familiarise themselves with these Policy & Terms. Gift card codes should be treated like cash. Lost, deleted, damaged or stolen gift cards or voucher codes cannot be replaced or reissued. Gift cards and vouchers are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be extended once expired. Appointments booked using a gift card or voucher may be rescheduled once, provided at least 48 hours’ notice is given. Any further rescheduling, cancellation with less than 48 hours’ notice, failure to attend an appointment (no-show), or failure to attend a rescheduled appointment will result in the voucher being forfeited. If the chosen treatment exceeds the value of the gift card or voucher, the remaining balance must be paid before or at the appointment. Any unused balance may be used towards another treatment before the expiry date but cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded. As appointment availability is limited, I recommend booking well in advance to avoid disappointment. Expiry dates cannot be extended due to limited availability. Please note that I am unable to access or manage customer account settings within the booking platform.
