A $21 non-refundable appointment holder fee is required to secure your spot, with $20 going towards your appointment. By booking an appointment with Azarri 
you agree to the following terms: Appointments are available between 8am-5pm. 
Appointments before 8am will incur a $40 fee, and appointments 5pm and after will incur a $40 fee. 
IF YOU ARE LATE THE FEE IS $25. If I am booked your appointment will be terminated at 10 minutes 
Same day bookings available without extra fee. 
I will fix lashes, free of charge 48 hours within the original appointment if there’s premature standing
DO NOT COME with another lash techs work on your eyes for a full set ! 
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before start time. Same day cancellation results in being banned. 
Remaining balance must be paid in cash. AND CASH ONLY
No extra guests allowed.
Confirmation text response required. ( You will get a confirmation email when I accept the appointment and get the address the evening before your appointment ! )
No refunds will be issued.

She was very accommodating she let me reschedule three times without it being a problem or making me pay a new deposit I was so in love with the freestyle set I received. When my service was done she offered for  me to wait inside until my Lyft driver arrived . I will definitely be returning. 

She was nice sweet. She told me if anything needed to be fixed reach out to her. ❤️ I will be returning.
