Deposits will not be refunded for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice. When you book you agree to and understand the following policies, none of my policies are negotiable. Any arguing over policies or rule breaking will result in a cancelation with no refund. 1. All appointments are outcalls, I do not host or offer car dates. 2. All outcalls must be in a house, townhouse, apartment or hotel. I will not meet in RVs, manufactured homes, cars, trucks or trailers. Prior to the appointment you must confirm the outcall location and make sure I agree to meet there. 3. No drugs (legal or illegal), smoking/vaping or drinking of any kind. You must be sober during the session. 4. Outcalls must not have any roommates, relatives or friends at the time of meeting. If someone comes home mid-session, I will leave. 5. No weird "meet me here" or "the room key is here" kind of stuff at the time of arrival. If I cannot go straight to your door, do not book. 6. If I am not comfortable with a service, do not push it on me to do it. No means no. 7. Please disclose with me ahead of time what services or needs you might have. Even if that means setting up a time to call. If we both fail to agree on what services will take place, then we can cancel the appointment and the deposit will be refunded. 8. Outcalls must be no further than a 90 minute drive of Broomfield, CO. I do not offer FMTY or long distance outcalls. 9. No haggling or asking for discounts. 10. Please make sure yourself and your space is clean and hygienic.
