Platinum Styles Terms and Policy By booking services with Platinum Styles, clients agree to these terms. Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled without penalty if done at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations or reschedules after 48 hours of appointment will incur fees or loss of deposits. Platinum Styles reserves the right to refuse or reschedule services within 48 hours of your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. Clients must provide accurate information and arrive punctually. If you do not arrive at least 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment you will incur a late fee or possible reschedule with the loss of your deposit. Payment is due as specified at booking. Platinum Styles is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from use of its services when a consultation was giving prior to your service. All intellectual property, including images and branding, remains the sole property of Platinum Styles. By engaging our services, clients consent to communication related to their appointments. These terms are governed by applicable law.
