TIME MANAGEMENT: TIMEKEEPING & APPOINTMENT POLICY: 🌸To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all clients, please review and follow the policies below: PUNCTUALITY 🌸Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled appointments. A 10 minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals beyond this may result in a shortened service or cancellation, depending on the schedule. LATE ARRIVALS 🌸Arriving more than 10 minutes late without notice may result in: A reduced service to fit the remaining time or cancellation, with a loss of commitment fee. CANCELLATIONS 🌸Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours may result in the forfeiture of the commitment fee. NO-SHOWS 🌸Failure to show up without notice is considered a no-show. No-shows will result in the loss of commitment fee, and future booking may require prepayment. AFTERWORK APPOINTMENTS: To maintain quality service and work-life balance, the following policy applies to appointments requested outside of regular business hours: AFTER-HOURS TIMEFRAME: 🌸After-work appointments are considered any bookings requested beyond 16:00. (4:00pm) winter season and 17:00 (5:00pm) summer season. AFTER-HOURS FEE: 🌸An additional after-hours service fee of E150 will be charged on top of your regular service price. This compensates for the extended hours and personal time. Advance Booking Required After-hours bookings must be scheduled at least 24-48 hours in advance and are subject to availability. IMPORTANT NOTES: • After-hours availability is not guaranteed and will be offered based on the artist's schedule and discretion. • Respect for time is expected to maintain a healthy client-business relationship.
