Booking & Cancellation Policy A deposit is required to secure your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule: please let me know at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, will result in the loss of your deposit. If I need to cancel or reschedule: your deposit will be fully refunded, or carried over to your next appointment — your choice. Arriving late: please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be shortened to stay on schedule for other clients, and the full service may not be possible to complete.
