I look forward to having you in the chair. ⸻ CLIENT EXPERIENCE GUIDELINES To maintain a consistent, high-quality experience for every client, please review the following: ⸻ Appointments & Cancellations A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Changes made within 24 hours are non-refundable. ⸻ Late Arrivals & No-Shows Appointments canceled within 12 hours or missed without notice will be charged the full service price. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late without communication may have their appointment canceled and will be considered a no-call/no-show. ⸻ After-Hours & Off-Day Bookings Appointments scheduled outside of standard hours are available at 1.5x the service rate. Off-day appointments and house calls begin at 2x the standard service rate. ⸻ Hair Preparation For the best possible result, please arrive with your hair clean. If needed, a Pre-Cut Cleanse can be added to your service to ensure a clean foundation before your haircut. ⸻ Service Customization Services and add-ons are tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
