Lucid Recording Studioz Booking, Payment & Studio Policies By booking a recording session or purchasing mixing and mastering services with Lucid Recording Studioz, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following policies. ⸻ Recording Session Bookings All recording sessions require 100% payment at the time of booking. Your session is not confirmed or reserved until payment has been received. Sessions Booked More Than 24 Hours in Advance * Full payment is required to reserve your session. * You have 24 hours from the time you book to cancel and receive a refund, minus the 3.5% card processing fee, which is non-refundable. * After the initial 24-hour cancellation period, 50% of your booking total becomes a non-refundable deposit. * If you cancel after the first 24 hours but before your session date, any remaining refundable balance will be returned after deducting the non-refundable 50% deposit. Same-Day & Less Than 24-Hour Bookings Any session booked within 24 hours of the scheduled session time is considered a same-day booking. * Full payment is required at booking. * All same-day bookings are 100% non-refundable. * No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows. ⸻ Rescheduling Policy We understand that plans can change. * Recording sessions may be rescheduled up to two (2) times at no additional charge, subject to studio availability. * After two reschedules, any additional changes may require a new booking and payment. * Rescheduling does not restart or extend your original 24-hour cancellation window. Your original booking date and time determine your refund eligibility. * If you cancel after rescheduling, your refund (if any) will be based on the original booking date, not the new session date. * Reschedule requests must be made before your scheduled session begins. * Same-day bookings cannot be rescheduled unless approved by the studio. ⸻ Session Day Policy Once your scheduled session day arrives, your reserved studio time has been set aside exclusively for you. * Recording sessions are non-refundable on the scheduled session day, regardless of when the appointment was originally booked. * Clients arriving late will not receive additional time unless it is available and purchased. * Ending your session early does not qualify for a refund or credit. ⸻ No-Shows Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a no-show. * No-shows forfeit 100% of the payment. * No refunds, credits, or reschedules will be provided. ⸻ Mixing & Mastering * Full payment is required before work begins. * All mixing and mastering payments are non-refundable. * Turnaround time begins once payment, files, and project notes have been received. * Minor revisions are included. Additional revisions or changes outside the original project scope may incur additional charges. ⸻ Arrival & Session Time Please arrive on time. Your booked session time includes: * Studio setup * Recording * Breaks * File transfers * Playback * Rough mix exports (if time allows) Late arrivals reduce your recording time and do not extend your session. Additional studio time is billed at the current hourly rate and is subject to availability. ⸻ Studio Rules To maintain a safe, creative, and professional environment: * Maximum of 4 guests, unless approved in advance. * Food and drinks are welcome. * Alcohol and vaping are permitted, provided they are done responsibly. * Anyone who becomes intoxicated, belligerent, disruptive, aggressive, or disrespectful may have their session ended immediately without a refund. * No smoking, illegal drugs, or weapons are permitted inside the studio. * Clients are financially responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their guests. ⸻ File Storage Project files will be stored for 30 days after project completion. After 30 days, files may be permanently deleted without notice. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up all delivered files. ⸻ Respect Policy Lucid Recording Studioz reserves the right to refuse or terminate service without a refund if a client or guest engages in harassment, threats, violence, discrimination, illegal activity, excessive intoxication, or any behavior that creates an unsafe or unprofessional environment. ⸻ Agreement By booking a recording session or purchasing mixing and mastering services with Lucid Recording Studioz, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these policies.
