JRL Mechanics – Booking Policy & Terms and Conditions Booking Policy By booking with JRL Mechanics, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Quotes & Pricing All prices displayed are starting prices unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary depending on the make, model, condition of the vehicle, accessibility, and any additional work required. A final quotation will always be confirmed before any additional work is carried out. Parts Parts are charged separately unless specifically stated within the booking. Where customer-supplied parts are used, JRL Mechanics cannot provide a warranty on those parts or accept responsibility for part failure or incorrect fitment. Appointment Times Appointment times are approximate and may be affected by traffic, previous repairs, parts availability, or unforeseen circumstances. If delays occur, every effort will be made to keep you informed. Cancellation & Rescheduling Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Repeated missed appointments or cancellations without notice may require a booking deposit for future appointments. Additional Repairs If additional faults are discovered during the repair, no extra work will be carried out without your approval. Warranty Labour carried out by JRL Mechanics is covered by a 12-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Any manufacturer warranty on supplied parts remains with the parts manufacturer. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, neglect, or failures caused by unrelated vehicle faults. Customer Responsibilities Customers must ensure: The vehicle is accessible at the agreed time and location. Wheel locking key (where fitted) is available. Any relevant security codes or information are provided where necessary. Personal belongings are removed from areas where work is to be carried out. Payment Payment is due immediately upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Vehicles may not be released until payment has been received where applicable. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed prior to completion. Liability JRL Mechanics will always take reasonable care while working on your vehicle. We cannot be held responsible for pre-existing faults, corrosion, seized components, or failures that occur due to the age or condition of the vehicle. Some repairs may reveal additional issues once components have been removed. Diagnostic Work Diagnostic charges cover the time taken to investigate and identify faults. A successful diagnosis does not include repair work unless specifically agreed.
