“Sent an enquiry in for a specific issue I had and it was accepted. An appointment was made and when I turned up I was told that the issue I had could not be treated. I had about 10 mins of joint cracking which done nothing for me and I left €90 lighter. To make it worse they are not recognised by the VHI so I couldn't claim some of it back. Ensure they can 100% treat your injury before going”
