TIMING Appointments typically last between 1 to 3 hours. However, depending on the complexity of the chosen nail art, they may extend up to 4 hours. Please plan accordingly. Nail art is unpredictable, and appointment times do not guarantee there will be no delay. CANCELLATIONS Appointments must be confirmed a day in advance. Failure to confirm will result in cancellation. Cancellations are non-refundable. Rescheduling at least 48 hours before your appointment allows your deposit to transfer; otherwise, it will be forfeited. NAIL CARE Please self-assess if you have damaged, thin, dented, broken, brittle, or infections that will result in not being able to continue your service. SAFETY Children are always welcome when they are booked for a service with adult supervision, For their safety, please note that the salon contains sharp tools and chemicals that may pose a risk. Since we also offer intimate services, we kindly ask children remain at home unless they are receiving a service to help keep the space private, safe, and relaxing for everyone. BOOKING Booking is an automated system, so you are not successfully booked until you receive a successfully booked text notification. If you have not received it, please confirm with me as it may be likely that someone already booked your spot. DEPOSITS A $25 non-refundable and non-transferable booking deposit is required to book your appointment. It is applied to your service cost. In order for the deposit to be applied, a screenshot must be sent via text if you send via Zelle. If the deposit is not sent after receiving the successfully booked text, your appointment will be rebooked automatically. GRACE PERIOD There is a 10-minute grace period from your scheduled start time. Any longer is considered a no-show, and a late fee will be charged. The deposit is not refundable. PAYMENT METHODS Cash is preferred to avoid processing fees. Zelle and Apple Pay are also accepted. BOOKED Booking time is based on length, shape, and design. Please use the restroom before/after your appointment time and refrain from using your cellphone during your appointment to maximize your retention at full potential. If you did not book a soak-off and you show up to your appointment time with nails, I will not service you according to the time booked. If you’re indecisive at the time of your appointment, a consultation fee may be implemented, and additional design requests will be subject to time availability. AFTERCARE Please inspect your nails before leaving your appointment time to express dissatisfaction with your service. The service cost is non-refundable. After leaving your appointment, any corrections will be charged. Please be gentle with your nails. Notice of dissatisfaction after your appointment will be acknowledged; however, any corrections may be charged. DISCLAIMER Individual results may vary. I reserve the right to refuse service.
