Cancellations & Rescheduling Clients may cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before their scheduled appointment time. Arrival Please arrive 5 minutes early to allow time to complete any required intake forms before your appointment begins. Late Arrivals A 10-minute grace period is allowed. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled. This helps ensure I stay on schedule for all clients. When You Arrive Please remain in your vehicle when you arrive as I may be attending to another client.
