‼️IMPORTANT NOTICE ‼️ with the increase in the cost of living, fuel, energy, chemicals etc as a small family business we are trying extremely hard not to pass these extra costs onto our customers Therefore every booked slot has become increasingly more valuable and important to us in order to continue our present pricing structure it has now become essential that if you need to cancel or postpone your slot for any reason we will require 48hours notice in order to refill that slot Unfortunately any last minute or late cancellations will have to incur a 50% charge or if there’s a cancellation within 24hours it would need to be full payment thank you for your understanding this will enable us to hold off any pricing increases Thank you Krystal clean & team x
