Deposits are applied to your service cost. You must send a $100 deposit via Zelle, Venmo or In person. You have 24 hours to send your deposit. CONTRADICTIONS: * Must be 18 years of age and can provide a ID card or Valid Drivers licence * Must NOT be pregnant or breastfeeding. * If you you have ANY PREVIOUS work (not done by me) and require a coverup, photos must be emailed to chelseymactattoos@gmail.com * If you are prone to keloid scarring. * If you are currently on Accutane, or have used Accutane in the past year. * If you have any skin conditions such as Psoriasis, Rosacea, Eczema, Dermatitis, etc. * If you have ANY history Cold Sores (If booking Lip Blush) please consult your doctor for prior to treatment for Anti-Viral. * If you are on medications that are blood thinning or antibiotics. * If you are currently undergoing any cancer treatment. You must be off of Chemotherapy/Radiation for 6 months prior to getting cosmetic tattooing * If you have any heart conditions. * If you are diabetic, please consult your doctor you need to provide a note from your doctor stating they are fine with you undergoing any procedure.
