booking & appointment policy a $15 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. deposits can be paid directly through goldie or via apple pay/cash app. no deposit = no appointment. remaining balances are due at your appointment. card payments are accepted with a small processing fee. rescheduling & cancellations deposits are non-refundable. reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance or a new deposit will be required. no-shows may be declined from booking future appointments. late policy a 15-minute grace period is allowed. arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation, loss of deposit, or a shortened service to stay on schedule. appointment prep • one extra guest is allowed • please arrive with clean lashes/no eye makeup or mascara • avoid caffeine at least 2 hours before your appointment • clients must be 17+ or have parental consent • appointments may be canceled if you arrive sick or with eye irritation for safety reasons refunds & fixes no refunds. if you experience any issues with your service, please contact me within 48 hours so i can make it right. after 3 days mini fill price will be charged.
