Hi, I’m Charlie, the owner of Lara Rose Beauty and nail artist behind Beauty By Charlie. I’m a fully qualified and award-winning nail technician with a real passion for creating beautiful, unique nails and bringing your ideas to life. Based in my little salon in Gosport, I offer a range of nail services, detailed nail art and permanent jewellery, all in a relaxed, friendly and welcoming environment. Having recently received a Top 100 Best Beauty Salon award, alongside Highly Recommended awards for Nail Technician of the Year and Rising Star of the Year at the Hair & Beauty Awards 2026, I continue to focus on creating beautiful nails and providing the best possible experience for every client. My goal is to make every appointment feel special while using professional, carefully selected products and delivering treatments to the highest standard. Booking Policy Please take a moment to read through my booking policy before making an appointment. By booking with Beauty By Charlie, you are agreeing to the terms below. Booking & Deposits A £10 deposit is required to secure all appointments. Your deposit is fully refundable if your appointment is cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours before your appointment time. Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in your £10 deposit being forfeited. Appointments cannot be considered fully booked until the deposit has been received. Cancellations & Rescheduling I completely understand that sometimes things happen and plans can change. If you need to cancel or move your appointment, please give me as much notice as possible. Please remember that appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours will lose the booking deposit. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require payment in full before any future appointments can be booked. No-Shows If you do not attend your appointment without contacting me, your deposit will be forfeited and you may be required to pay the full appointment fee before booking again. Late Arrivals Please try to arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may mean that I have less time available to complete your treatment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be cancelled or shortened, and your deposit may be forfeited. If I am able to continue with your appointment after a late arrival, I may need to adapt your chosen service to fit within the remaining appointment time. Nail Art If you have booked nail art, please have your inspiration photos ready before your appointment. Nail art is priced according to the level and complexity selected when booking. If you are unsure which nail art level to book, please feel free to message me beforehand and I will be happy to help you choose the most suitable option. Patch Tests Where a patch test is required, this must be completed within the specified timeframe before your appointment. Please note that a patch test does not guarantee that an allergic reaction will not occur. Health & Safety Please ensure that all relevant medical, skin and nail conditions are disclosed when completing your consultation form. I reserve the right to refuse or postpone a treatment if I believe it would be unsafe or unsuitable to carry out. Payments Payment is due at the end of your appointment. I accept the payment methods available through the salon booking system. Personal Belongings Please keep your personal belongings with you during your appointment. Lara Rose Beauty cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
