By booking an appointment with any member of our salon team, you agree to the following booking and cancellation policy. We completely understand that sometimes plans change. However, late cancellations and missed appointments leave spaces that are difficult to fill at short notice and result in lost income for our self-employed girls. Cancellation & Rescheduling More than 48 hours’ notice: No cancellation fee. 24–48 hours’ notice: 50% of the total appointment cost will be charged. Less than 24 hours’ notice: 100% of the total appointment cost will be charged. No-shows: 100% of the total appointment cost will be charged. Any outstanding cancellation or no-show fees must be paid before another appointment can be booked. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may mean your treatment needs to be shortened or, if there is not enough time to complete the service, your appointment may need to be cancelled. In this case, the cancellation fee may still apply. Our Salon These terms apply to all appointments booked with professionals working within the salon, regardless of the treatment or service booked.
