With over 12 years of experience in the beauty industry, she is dedicated to educating her clients on the importance of maintaining the health and integrity of their natural hair. She had the privilege of apprenticing under the esteemed James Roberts at the Robert School Of Cosmetology in Atlanta, where she learned the transformative power that a beauty professional can offer. At A Natural Twist, her goal is to provide an exceptional experience that goes beyond just styling. She specializes in Natural hair care, Loc maintenance, Styling, Braiding, and permanent color services all while prioritizing the health of your hair. She offers customized, healthy hair care packages designed to restore your hair from color damage and prepare it for protective styles. For those who prefer braids, She is trained in braiding techniques to ensure a healthy and beautiful result. She is deeply committed to making each client feel like royalty during their visit, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Her career is her passion, and nothing brings her more joy than seeing her clients smile when they look in the mirror after a service. We value your time and strive to provide the best service possible to all our clients. To maintain our schedule and accommodate everyone efficiently, we have implemented the following policies regarding late arrivals, cancellations, and no-show appointments. LATE ARRIVAL: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise causing you delays. However, for clients arriving more than 15 minutes to their scheduled appointment, it is up to the stylist's discretion to reschedule or modify the service to ensure that other clients are not inconvenienced. A late arrival FEE of $15 will be AUTOMATICALLY charged if you have not arrived by your scheduled appointment time. CANCELLATIONS: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to full the appointment who may be on our waiting list. If the Appointment was made on the same day, notify us at least 6 hours prior. Client's $25 DEPOSIT will serve as payment for SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS NO- SHOW APPOINTMENTS: A 'no-show' appointment occurs when a client misses their appointment without cancelling or rescheduling in advance. In such cases, a fee equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost will be automatically charged to the card on file or the client will be blocked from making future appointments until that fee is paid. Service guarantee & refunds: Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely contented, please let us know during your service or within 24 hours after your service has been performed. We are committed to making any needed corrections. We DO NOT offer refunds. Health History: For your comfort and safety, please notify our specialists if you have allergies, any physical issues or disabilities, or are pregnant. If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during the treatment, please alert your service provider immediately. Mask Recommendation: While at this time masks are not mandatory, we encourage their use for everyone's safety and comfort. If you are feeling unwell, please consider rescheduling your appointment. Right, to refuse service: Our salon staff has the right to refuse service to anyone misbehaving, intoxicated, or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service. Additional policies ~ Pets are not allowed to be present while being serviced unless proof is provided for service animals. ~As we are concerned with your and your children's safety, we strictly prohibit unsupervised children in the salon.
