Clients can cancel or reschedule appointments up to 24 hours before start time. Any cancellations less than 24 hours before start time are required to pay full price of appointment. Clients will not be able to rebook until this fee is paid. Any clients that do not show up for an appointment without cancellation will automatically be blacklisted. Lateness of more than 15 mins past your appointment time will result in cancellation. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
