The deposit will go to the final price of the service All no shows, late cancellations, and arrivals that are more than 20min late, have fees that apply. If your dog is experiencing a lot of shedding at home and is pretty impacted with dead hair, add up to 30 minutes of a de-shedding brush out and drier treatment to help reduce the amount shedding happening at home

NAIL TRIM AND GRIND

Groomers are only able to trim before where your dogs quick (a vain in the nail) starts. If we go past the quick which can accidentally occur your dog will experience slight bleeding. If this occurs we apply antiseptic powder to the nail that stops the bleeding. It is a common thing that happens at the groomers and vet so it is good to be educated about it so no one is being misinformed. Nail grinding allows the groomer to work around the quick being able to get the nail shorter as well as buff the nail after being trimmed as they can still feel quite sharp. Some dogs don’t like nail grinding because of the vibration feeling it gives, but a great alternative would be to walk your dog on concrete more frequently after getting JUST a nail trim done! •If you or your dog doesn’t like either nail trimming or nail grinding please let me know so I know prior to not do both :)•
